Description

In Bastogne, a number of real or folkloric rivalries have always separated the inhabitants of the high and the low parts of the city. These two fountains are a good illustration of this. Creation: architecture Jacques Windeshausen, sculptures, Willy Dory et foundryman , Freddy Baggen. The upper fountain represents the «rawieû d'Och du Pa la-y-ôt, les mougneû d'sope d'amon les Seûrs» and the lower fountain represents the «boveû d'lacê do Seminêre, ceux du Pa lâvâ».
